Overview:
This one-day workshop invites teacher to explore what it means to be an anti-oppressive
educator. We will discuss the skills needed to engage in changing curriculum, pedagogy,
classroom management and school culture., Participants will learn how to create a safe
space for the oppressed to speak, be heard and be honored.
Substitute and travels costs are to be covered by decentralized PD funds. Please contact
your PD committee to obtain funding prior to registering.
