Purpose:
Opportunity to meet as a collaborative team for a combination of professional development, networking, information sharing & group problem-solving.
Learning Intentions: Leading to Learn session – examine personal & professional understanding and embodiment of anti-racist, anti-oppressive education. Facilitated sessions & discussion on Inclusion Look-Fors, IIP goal writing, MH, SLP & OT topics of interest… Information sharing & group problem-solving in response to Learner Presurvey/feedback from IECs, SW, School-based admin leading up to this meeting.
Success Criteria: Feelings of connection with and support from school and division team Use Inclusion Look-Fors to support work with staff & students
